We received notification from a customer that a plumbing contractor is contacting residents and telling them that their sewer lateral that was previously installed as part of a major KID replacement project was improperly installed and needs to be replaced. This is a false!

Those lines were installed properly and inspected. They are in good condition. Please feel free to contact KID prior to agreeing to replacing your line at 801-968-1011.
