Welcome to online bill pay.  As a Kearns Improvement District customer you can make your online payment at no additional charge.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  You have three options to pay online: 

• Set up an Autopay account.  By doing so you won’t have to enter the data every time you make a payment. 
• Enroll in AutoPay and pay via credit card, debit card, checking account or savings account.  Every month your bill will be paid from your designated payment source.
• Pay your bill without setting up an account.
